  4. Hello Sue! A very encouraging and descriptive post on how to become a boss. Most of the averaged employees are just satisfied to just stay within their comfort zones. However, some of them have the guts to explore or try to discover some opportunities that could lead them to find success and be able to leave their 9-5 jobs. They are those who want to work only for themselves and not to work for others. They are the masters of their own selves, they can set the time when, where and how they want to work as they have the time freedom. And these people are usually the ones who have attained financial freedom.

    1. Hello, Fernando.
Thank you for your comment on my article.
You are right that most people are comfortable being employees and to become your own boss takes courage to try a new venture, an entrepreneurial spirit. Although it carries a certain degree of risk and involves hard work, it is also satisfying and rewarding.
